During her time teaching dance in the public schools, Sarah developed and led dance programs that reached hundreds of students. She created three dance team programs from the ground up, directed countless performances and concerts, choreographed for musicals, and helped lead a dance team to two national championship titles within 3 years. She also collaborated on the Alabama State Department of Education Course of Study Committee for dance education and secured grant funding to bring new arts experiences to local communities.

Through it all, one thing became clear: dance has the power to transform lives, and every dancer, educator, and program deserves access to meaningful, high-quality support.
